Technical Guidance of Independent Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform Implementation (PMPRB) and Integrity Zone toward Corruption Free Zone (WBK)/Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM)

Technical guidance of PMPRB was carried out on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Auditorium of Building C of NADFC, attended by the officials of Echelon II, III, and IV of NADFC, the inspector as the coordinator of PMPRB, the Chairman of Provincial Office of NADFC in Jakarta, the Implementation Team of Bureaucratic Reform, and Assessor Team of PMPRB in NADFC. On this occasion the resource persons from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform were invited.

The technical guidance was carried out to prepare for PMPRB and to decide the work units of WBK and WBBM in order to provide the guidelines of technical steps and to objectively evaluate the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform and WBK/WBBM delivered by Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, including sharing knowledge on how to get acknowledged in Corruption Free Zone (WBK)/ Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM).

The Evaluation Worksheets of Bureaucratic Reform were filled out by team of Bureaucratic Reform work group and Bureaucratic Reform Assessor started from March 27th to 31st accompanied by the inspectorate. All teams gave contribution and report the progress in accordance with the Bureaucratic Reform Road Map of NADFC, 2015 – 2019.

The result of Bureaucratic Reform Evaluation is one of the factors that should be taken into consideration in adjusting the performance incentives. NADFC has targeted up to 100% for the adjustment of performance incentives. So, it is expected that the overall evaluation criteria for each area of change can improve from the previous year.
