BUILDING UNIFORM PERCEPTION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF PREPARATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE EVALUATION BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM MINISTRY ON THE SEVEN PROVINCIAL OFFICES OF NADFC IN INDONESIA IN MAY 2017
 

On Friday, May 12, 2017, a video conference of building uniform perception has been held in preparation for evaluation of public service of NADFC by the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry in May 2017. A total of 10 (ten) provincial Offices of NADFC as participants of the video conference on building uniform perception, namely the Provincial Offices of NADFC in Banda Aceh, Padang, Medan, Jakarta, Manado, Jayapura, Samarinda, Pangkalpinang, Palu, and Denpasar. This occasion was also attended by the representatives from the General Bureau, Bureau of Legal and Public Relation and Center of National Laboratory of Drug and Food.

The video conference was held starting at 08:30 Western Indonesian Time and was led by the Inspector of NADFC, Dra. Zulaimah, Apt., M.Si with materials related to the timing of the evaluation of public services, types of public services and aspects of public services to be evaluated and the public service evaluation form. After the presentation by the Inspector of NADFC, the video conference was continued with the socialization of e-testing application which is an innovation of public service which aims to support the Regulation of the Chairman of NADFC No.15 of 2016 on the Amendment of Regulation of the Chairman of NADFC No. 39 of 2013 on Public Service Standards within NADFC as well as to facilitate and improve online access for the community in applying for third party testing and tracking of test applications.

The end of this event was concluded with several agreements related to the improvement of public service quality of the Provincial Offices of NADFC on the aspects of service policies, human resource professionalism, infrastructure facilities, information systems, consultation and complaints and innovation. With the improvement of the quality of public services, it is expected that the quality and performance of services is in accordance with public service standards and community needs so as to gain public trust.

Technical guidance of PMPRB was carried out on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Auditorium of Building C of NADFC, attended by the officials of Echelon II, III, and IV of NADFC, the inspector as the coordinator of PMPRB, the Chairman of Provincial Office of NADFC in Jakarta, the Implementation Team of Bureaucratic Reform, and Assessor Team of PMPRB in NADFC. On this occasion the resource persons from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform were invited.
